Quality ham without additives or preservatives, made only with Iberian ham and sea salt. 50% Iberian Ham with a white label according to the Iberian standard.
Low in salt and free from gluten and lactose.
The Iberian Ham from Alpujarra is a product made in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, in Granada, under the Guarantee Mark "Jamón de la Alpujarra".
The ham produced in the so-called Alpujarras has traditionally been recognized as a quality ham, always a natural product thanks to the knowledge of the master ham makers and the climatic conditions of Alpujarra.
One of the characteristics of this serrano ham is its preparation with sea salt as the only ingredient besides the ham itself, always free of additives or preservatives. The curing process is also 100% natural, carried out in artisanal facilities.
