A top-quality acorn-fed Iberian chorizo, with an aroma and nuances that melt in your mouth. A "pata negra" chorizo you will remember. Try it, you'll come back for more. The 100% acorn-fed Iberian Cular de Bellota chorizo is the result of selecting the best cuts of Iberian pork, which are then chopped into thick pieces to make the slices more appealing. These pieces are marinated with the finest spices (paprika from the La Vera Designation of Origin, garlic, sea salt...) and stuffed into selected natural casings (cular). They are then matured for 4 to 6 months in the unique air of Guijuelo. At the end of the curing process, they are placed under a wooden bell for a few hours, where holm oak charcoal burns very slowly, slightly drying the product and giving it a delicate aroma. The result is a natural product with a fine texture and an exquisite, mild flavor due to its minimal preservatives. Minimal fat content. Approximate weight 550 g
