The Covap Alta Expresión Iberian chorizo is one of the most exquisite Iberian sausages, made with tradition and quality as its foundation. Selected lean meats from Iberian pigs, from which the best acorn-fed hams are obtained, are cured in natural casing for over 70 days to create this completely natural delicacy.
