This Iberian field bait shoulder has been traditionally and naturally made in the Sierra de Huelva or Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, a region well known in the ham industry for the great quality and flavor of its Iberian field bait hams and shoulders. Its most renowned towns for their excellent Iberian hams are Cala, Cortegana, Cumbres Mayores, or Jabugo.
