The Ham from the Alpujarra is a product made in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, in Granada, under the Guarantee Mark “Jamón de la Alpujarra”. Sourced from the prestigious Duroc breed, and with a fantastic curing process of over 24 months, this ham is a unique product.
The ham made in the so-called Alpujarras has traditionally been recognized as a quality ham, always a natural product thanks to the knowledge of master ham makers and the climatic conditions of the Alpujarra.
One of the characteristics of this serrano ham is that it is made with sea salt as the only ingredient besides the ham itself, always free of additives or preservatives. The curing process is also 100% natural, carried out in artisanal facilities.
