This boneless Iberian field-fed shoulder ham comes from 100% pure Iberian pigs that graze on cork and holm oaks and are fed on feed and grasses. The aging period is between 24 and 36 months in the continental climate of Salamanca in natural dry rooms and cellars.

This excellent ham is characterized by its fine, long, and well-rounded bones and an adequate fat content with a tender texture.

The meat has a cherry-red color with good marbling and grain and the characteristic shine of the meat and fat.
