Acorn-fed Ham from the Sierra de Huelva, with the "Jamón de Jabugo" Summum Designation of Origin, made from 100% Iberian breed pigs and fed on acorns during the montanera season.

The breed of the Iberian pigs from which this ham is obtained is "Manchado de Jabugo".

With a curing period of between 36 and 48 months, only Iberian ham and sea salt are used in its production. It has a black seal according to the Iberian standard.
